Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed after business hours will be processed on the next business day. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where available).


Delivery Timeframes

We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery times are:

  • 7–20 business days for New Zealand & Australia
  • 7–25 business days for all other destinations

Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, customs processing, or peak periods. Some items may be shipped from international warehouses to offer better pricing and product availability.


Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout unless a free shipping promotion is active.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
