Change of Mind

We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind. Please ensure you review product details carefully before placing your order.


Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@lovicart.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item received

We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.


Eligibility for Replacement or Refund

A replacement or refund may be approved if:

  • The item is faulty or damaged
  • The wrong item was sent
  • The product is significantly different from the description

Items should be unused and in original condition where applicable.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned unless faulty. This includes:

  • Underwear
  • Swimwear
  • Personal items
  • Custom-made or personalised products

Return Shipping

If a return is approved, we will provide instructions. Return shipping costs will be covered by us if the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. Otherwise, return shipping may be the responsibility of the customer.


Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
